Refund Policy – Ashraf Academy

Ashraf Academy provides digital learning services.
We maintain a transparent refund policy for our students.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund ONLY if:

  • You submit a request within 7 days of purchase; AND

  • You attended the first class or accessed the material; AND

  • You can demonstrate that the course was not suitable for you

  • Refund requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed classes

  • Downloaded materials

  • Partial consumption of the course

  • Student mistakes in enrolling

  • “Change of mind” reasons

Digital products cannot be canceled once accessed.

3. Process for Refunds

Email your refund request to:

  • Full name

  • Registered email

  • Payment receipt

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
