We maintain a transparent refund policy for our students.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund ONLY if:
You submit a request within 7 days of purchase; AND
You attended the first class or accessed the material; AND
You can demonstrate that the course was not suitable for you
Refund requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be issued for:
Completed classes
Downloaded materials
Partial consumption of the course
Student mistakes in enrolling
“Change of mind” reasons
Digital products cannot be canceled once accessed.
3. Process for Refunds
Email your refund request to:

Registered email
Payment receipt
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited to the original payment method.
